Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! According to EU consumer legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason.

Please note that a return handling fee of 50 SEK for returns within Sweden or 8 EUR for returns outside Sweden will be deducted from your refund amount.

Here’s how to make a return:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@vaseify.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Receive your return label: We will respond within 48 hours and send you a return label via email.
  3. Pack the item: Please use the original packaging if possible and pack the item carefully so that the weight and size of the package are as close as possible to the original shipment. This helps avoid extra costs or damage during transit.
  4. Drop off the package: Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord agent or follow the instructions for international returns.
  5. Return period: The item must be with us within 14 days of receiving your return label.
  6. Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  7. Refund: Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the price of the product minus the return fee (50 SEK for domestic returns, 8 EUR for international returns) and any shipping cost for the original delivery. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase and handled within 14 days. Please note that we may deduct for any depreciation in value if the item is not in its original condition. You will be informed of this if it occurs.

Claims

If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vaseify.com. To facilitate the process, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence showing the damage or defect

We handle all claims according to consumer purchase laws. If your claim is approved, we will, of course, cover the return shipping!

Solutions for Claims:
We will review your claim and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible. If the claim is approved, we offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund
