Vaseify operates as a sole proprietorship with the registration number 950928-3033. Our registered business address is Ölandsgatan 52, 11663 Stockholm, Sweden. In these terms and on our website, the terms "we," "us," or "our" refer to the Vaseify brand. Our goal is to provide you, our customer, with the best possible service and products.

These terms and conditions outline the conditions that apply when purchasing our products through our webshop. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Prices and Payment All prices on our website are displayed in the customer’s local currency, based on their location or choice. However, the final payment is processed in the selected currency, and all transactions include Swedish VAT (25%), in accordance with current EU regulations for distance selling. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods listed on the website. Payment security is ensured through the use of encrypted payment services.

Currency Handling
Prices on our website can be displayed in the customer's local currency depending on their location. Customers can choose to pay in their local currency, and the total cost will be adjusted accordingly, but Swedish VAT is applied to all orders.

Shipping We currently offer shipping to the following EU countries:

  • Finland
  • Denmark
  • Germany
  • Belgium
  • Netherlands
  • France

Delivery Times:

  • Within Sweden: Delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Outside Sweden (within the EU): Delivery within 4–8 business days.

We use tracked shipping for all orders. Shipping may be free for orders over a certain amount, depending on ongoing promotions. If you have not received your delivery within the specified time frame, please contact us at info@vaseify.com with your order number.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase, and may vary depending on the delivery address. All prices include Swedish VAT (25%) for customers within the EU. Please note that for orders outside the EU, additional taxes or customs duties may apply.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! According to EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.

For returns, the following rules apply:

  • Within Sweden: A return handling fee of 50 SEK will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Outside Sweden (within the EU): A return handling fee of 8 EUR (or equivalent in local currency) will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@vaseify.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Get your return label: We will respond within 48 hours and send you a return label via email.
  3. Pack the item: Preferably use the original packaging and pack the item so that the package's weight and size are as close as possible to the original shipment.
  4. Drop off the package: Drop off the package at your nearest postal office or, for international returns, with the carrier specified in the return instructions.
  5. Return period: The item must reach us within 14 days from when you received your return label.
  6. Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Refunds: Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the price of the product minus the return fee and any shipping cost for the original delivery. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at purchase and handled within 14 days.

Please note that we may deduct for any decrease in the product's value if the item is not in its original condition. If this is the case, you will be informed.

Complaints If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@vaseify.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and include photos if possible. We will handle your complaint in accordance with applicable consumer rights within the EU. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.

To speed up the process, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence showing the damage or defect

We will review your complaint and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible. If the complaint is approved, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

Taxes and Customs Duties For orders within the EU, Swedish VAT (25%) is applied in accordance with applicable EU regulations. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and other taxes may apply depending on the recipient country’s laws. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.

Liability Limitation We are not liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the product. We are also not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in the supply chain. We reserve the right to adjust and correct any inaccuracies in product descriptions and prices without prior notice.

Changes to the Terms Vaseify reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Customers are responsible for staying informed about any updates.

Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and EU consumer protection regulations. Disputes should primarily be resolved through discussions with our customer service. If a solution cannot be reached, the dispute can be referred to ARN or a general court.

Applicable Law These terms and your purchase agreement are governed by Swedish law, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
